What is Holistic Nutrition?

Holistic Nutrition is a natural approach to health, which uses evidence-based techniques to improve one’s diet, lifestyle and detoxification. Since we are biochemically different, a holistic nutritionist will focus on a combination of aspects of a persons health rather than just one, and evaluates the prior medical history, current dietary habits, lifestyle habits, and emotional state to determine the root causes of their health concerns. The overall goal is to educate our clients of nutrient dense foods and how these foods can improve their health and empower their clients to make healthful lifestyle changes.
